Great location by the Piazza Navona. The hotel is very modern. Very clean. Rooms are very modern. If you are looking for more of a quaint, period like hotel- this would not be for you, but if you are looking for beautiful and modern. This hotel is for you.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Prior to arrival I spoke with the staff, as the visit was to be a 25th Anniversary. I was surprised by the gift that was provided and both, my wife and I appreciated it. And I cannot describe in words, the food. You just have to go and experience what’s available. The staff in the Divinty Lounge, were very friendly, and the service during breakfast and dinner was very professional friendly and attentive.We had a good view from the balcony.

During our 2nd stay we were upgraded to a suite with candy and champagne on ice in the room. Of all the places that we have stayed this hotel gave us, without a doubt, the very best service. We had requested a fan for the room ahead of our 1st stay (for coolness without having to use the AC) and it was there for us, and was also there for us on the 2nd stay. The pastry chef is awesome as is their breakfast buffet. Just around the corner from the Pantheon!

Supeerb Location and i love the rooftop terrace. the room was very beautiful and we also got a little cake as a welcome gift for halloween. the bathroom was very nice. and the bed was amazing. i liked the style of the entire room.

Your front desk staff was very friendly and fabulous all around. An early check-in was arranged as we had flown in on a red-eye. A miscommunication (my fault) about free breakfast was handled by giving it to me even though the misunderstanding was mine. I told her it was my fault, but she insisted that it be included. I didn't use it out of respect for the hotel, but her graciousness was incredible. Finally during the taxi strike, your staff arranged a taxi within 5 minutes. Incredible service - grazie mille!!!

Roof terrace amazing, both for breakfast and cocktails. Hotel location in the heart of the historic centre was perfect. Staff always very helpful.

The room was clean and amenities are really good. The hotel is new, the location is amazing. Both restaurants are great.
